At the bottom-right corner of the editor, you’ll find the Save & Publish button.
Once you click it, your changes are applied and the event page becomes live and accessible at the assigned URL.
Be absolutely sure about your URL handle (e.g., my-event-2025
).
This handle cannot be changed once the event is saved.
If someone else has already used the same handle, you’ll see an error message prompting you to pick a new one.
Tip: Double-check spelling, branding, and dates before clicking “Save & Publish” to avoid unwanted URL changes or rebranding issues.
Once saved, your event page is immediately live. There are two easy ways to find and share its URL:
Look at the top of the page (or wherever your platform displays it).
Copy the URL directly to share with attendees.
Return to the Events Dashboard.
Find your event and click the More Options (⋮) icon.
Select Copy URL or simply open the event to get the link.
You can also share your event link using a QR code:
You’ll see a list of your events.
This is usually represented by three dots or a gear icon.
Save the generated QR code image.
Print it on posters, add it to brochures, or display it online for attendees to scan with their phones.
Any Time: You can revisit your event and change text, images, or buttons.
Click “Save & Publish”: Remember, changes only take effect once you save.
Live Page Updates: Attendees who reload the page will see your latest version.
Final Check: Confirm your event details are correct before saving the first time.
Live URL: Copy the link or download a QR code from the main dashboard.
Post-Launch Edits: You can modify details at will, but remember to save to push changes live.
URL Handle: Once set, it can’t be changed. If your chosen handle is already in use, you’ll need to pick a new one.
With these steps, your event is officially live and ready for attendees to visit!
