Going Live

Once you’ve created your event and customized its appearance, it’s time to go live so attendees can access your page.

🛟 Saving & Publishing Your Page

Click “Save & Publish

At the bottom-right corner of the editor, you’ll find the Save & Publish button.

Once you click it, your changes are applied and the event page becomes live and accessible at the assigned URL.

URL Handle Lock-In

  • Be absolutely sure about your URL handle (e.g., my-event-2025).

  • This handle cannot be changed once the event is saved.

  • If someone else has already used the same handle, you’ll see an error message prompting you to pick a new one.

Future Edits: You can revisit the event settings and adjust any details (appearance, buttons, etc.) at any time.

However, changes won’t appear on the live page until you click “Save & Publish” again.

Tip: Double-check spelling, branding, and dates before clicking “Save & Publish” to avoid unwanted URL changes or rebranding issues.

Once saved, your event page is immediately live. There are two easy ways to find and share its URL:

From the Editor

  • Look at the top of the page (or wherever your platform displays it).

  • Copy the URL directly to share with attendees.

From the Main Dashboard

  • Return to the Events Dashboard.

  • Find your event and click the More Options (⋮) icon.

  • Select Copy URL or simply open the event to get the link.

⏬ Downloading Your QR Code

You can also share your event link using a QR code:

Go to the Main Dashboard:

You’ll see a list of your events.

Click the “More Options” icon next to your event.

This is usually represented by three dots or a gear icon.

Select “Download QR.”

  • Save the generated QR code image.

  • Print it on posters, add it to brochures, or display it online for attendees to scan with their phones.

👷 Making Updates After Going Live

  • Any Time: You can revisit your event and change text, images, or buttons.

  • Click “Save & Publish”: Remember, changes only take effect once you save.

  • Live Page Updates: Attendees who reload the page will see your latest version.

Reminder: Your chosen URL handle stays the same even if you edit other parts of your event. If you ever need a completely different URL, you’ll have to create a new event.

🏁 Summary

  • Final Check: Confirm your event details are correct before saving the first time.

  • Live URL: Copy the link or download a QR code from the main dashboard.

  • Post-Launch Edits: You can modify details at will, but remember to save to push changes live.

  • URL Handle: Once set, it can’t be changed. If your chosen handle is already in use, you’ll need to pick a new one.

With these steps, your event is officially live and ready for attendees to visit!
