Designing the Live Donation Page

eventmate also lets you display a live donation meter, which can inspire greater participation by showing real-time progress toward a fundraising goal. Access it via the Goal tab at the top:

🔣 Add logo

Include your organization or event logo for a professional, branded look on the live donation page.

Note: The default color of the background where the logo will be placed will be white. Hence, please avoid uploading white or lighter color logos.

🎯 Setting your fundraising goal

Specify the total amount you aim to raise (e.g., $100,000). This target appears on the donation meter, encouraging donors to help you reach it.

👓 Donation amount visibility

Choose if you would like to display the donated amount or not on your live donation page.

If selected show amount, Donor Name (unless donor choose to be anonymous) and the donated amount will be displayed. If selected to hide amount, only the donor name will be displayed on screen.

🌗 Choosing Your Live Donation Page Style

When setting up your live donation page, you can choose between two styles:

• Gauge Style – A circular meter that shows fundraising progress in a bold, interactive way.

• Progress Bar Style – A modern linear progress bar with more advanced customization options.

Both styles display your fundraising total in real time, but each has its own unique customization settings.

🕹 Gauge Style

The Gauge Style offers a simple and impactful way to showcase progress.

• Background & Meter Color Choose a background color for the page. The same color will also apply to the gauge meter and the fundraising amount text, keeping the design consistent.

• Logo Display Your selected logo will automatically appear on the page, giving it a branded look without additional setup.

This style is great if you prefer a clean, straightforward design with minimal setup required.

📊 Progress Bar Style

The Progress Bar Style gives you more flexibility and customization.

• Color Options

  • Choose from predefined color sets for the theme config.

  • Or create your own custom palette by selecting four colors. This allows you to fully match the bar to your event’s branding.

• QR Code Option

  • Enable a QR code that appears on the live page, allowing attendees to scan and donate instantly from their phones.

  • By default, the QR code links to your eventmate donation page.

• Logo Display Your event or organization logo will be displayed at the bottom.

This style is ideal if you want a more interactive, branded experience that includes a direct call-to-action through the QR code.

Click Preview to see how your live donation meter will appear on big screens or projectors, so you can make any final tweaks.

After saving, click on Live Donation Link (top-right) to copy the link and share it to your AV team or anyone managing displays.

The auctioneer view is a quick link which can be shared with auctioneers as they can use it during the Fund-A-Need moment to build the momentum.

This view is optimized for mobile and tablet view so they can access seamlessly.
