Order Fulfillment Dashboard

The Order Fulfillment Dashboard is designed to make it easy for your team to manage and deliver purchased items during your event without needing full access to the eventmate backend.

🔗 Accessing the Dashboard

To share access, go to the Items tab in Onsite Sales. On the top right corner, click the Order Fulfillment Dashboard button. A unique link will be generated, which you can enable or disable at any time. This link can then be shared with staff who are handling order distribution at the event.

Tip: Open the dashboard on a laptop or tablet for smoother on-site operations.

Searching for Orders

From the dashboard, you can easily find an order by entering the order number, buyer’s name, or email address in the search bar.

Managing Orders

Once an order is selected, you’ll see all items included in the purchase along with their status. You can:

  • Add Notes (optional) – Useful for internal tracking, e.g., “Picked up at the counter.”

  • Complete Individual Items – Mark single products as fulfilled.

  • Complete Entire Orders – Use the Complete Order button at the bottom to mark the full order as delivered.

Important: Refunds cannot be processed within eventmate. Since all transactions are securely handled through Stripe, any refund must be issued directly from your Stripe account.
