Viewing Purchase Report
The Reports tab provides a detailed overview of all purchases made through your Onsite Sales page. Each entry in the report represents an individual transaction, making it easy to track and reconcile sales.

Viewing Transactions
Each transaction row displays key details such as:
Receipt # – The unique identifier for the transaction.
Name – The buyer’s name.
Email – The buyer’s email address.
Subtotal – The cost of items purchased before tax.
Tax – Any applied tax, based on your setup.
Total Amount – The final amount charged.
Status – Displays whether the payment has been successfully completed (e.g., Paid).
Click on a transaction row to expand it and view the specific items purchased, including quantity and unit price.
Actions for Each Transaction
By clicking the ellipsis (⋮) on the right of any transaction, you can:
Resend Receipt – Useful if a buyer didn’t receive their email or requests another copy.
Download Receipt – Saves a PDF version of the receipt for your records or to share with the buyer.
Downloading the Full Report
For reconciliation or record-keeping, you can download the entire purchase report by clicking the Download Report button at the top-right of the page. This report includes all transaction details in one file.
