# Viewing Check-In Reports

The **Reports tab** gives you a clear overview of guest attendance with simple visuals and a downloadable detailed report. This helps you quickly track event progress and gather insights for future planning.

#### Check-In Status

* Displays the total number of registered guests.
* Shows a breakdown of how many guests have **checked in vs. not checked in** using a pie chart.
* Useful for real-time monitoring during the event.

#### Check-Ins by Hour

* A timeline graph showing when guests checked in throughout the day.
* Helps identify **peak arrival times** so you can better plan staffing and guest flow for future events.

#### Attendance by Company

* Bar chart that compares **registered vs. checked-in** guests, grouped by company.
* Particularly useful for events with group or corporate registrations.

#### Downloading Reports

Click **Download Report** to export a detailed CSV file. This file includes guest-level data and can be used for post-event analysis or sharing with your team.
