Once Stripe is connected, you can tailor your donation form—this includes creating a short donor message and up to five pre-filled amounts. A well-structured Donate form can boost generosity by simplifying the giving process.

Open your event

From the dashboard, select your event.

Once you are in your event, on the left navigation panel, click Donations.

Complete all fields in the Setup tab as described below.

✍️ Donation Description

Use this field to give donors a concise, motivating message. By briefly stating your cause or impact, you help visitors feel confident about contributing.

🖐️ Donation Amounts

List up to five preset donation amounts (e.g., $100, $200, $300...) so donors can quickly choose how much to give, or enter a custom amount.

This simplifies decision-making and can encourage higher donations.

Tip: Keep your description uplifting and concise—clear language often increases donor engagement.

👀 Previewing the donation form

Select Preview (at the bottom) to check how the donation form appears from a donor’s perspective. This helps you refine any final details before everything goes live.

Note: Always save your work to avoid losing changes.
