Upgrading Your Subscription

To upgrade your eventmate subscription, follow these steps:

Log into your account

Begin by logging into your eventmate account using your credentials.

Access more options

Navigate to the bottom left corner of the dashboard and click on your name. This action will reveal more options for account management.

Select account settings

From the expanded menu, choose the "Account" option. This will direct you to your account settings page where different settings related to your account are managed.

Navigate to subscription section

Once you are on the Account Settings page, scroll down until you find the "Subscription & Event Portal" section.

Manage your subscription

Click on "Manage Subscription." This link will guide you to the subscription management page.

Choose a new package

On the subscription management page, you will see various subscription packages available for an upgrade. Review these packages and select the one that suits your needs the best.

Process the payment

After selecting your desired subscription package, follow the prompts to process the payment. Ensure your payment information is correctly entered to complete the upgrade successfully.
